Web Development Process
Initial Client Meeting:
KUA.net meets with client for review of needs. Initial documentation
takes place. Services and scheduling described and pricing methodology
for proposal development is also described. Client provides description
of basic needs during this meeting.
Initial Meeting With Web Designer:
Client provided information turned over to Web Designer and a meeting is
scheduled with client. At this meeting Web Designer answers all of
clients design questions and makes suggestions based on client
documentation and needs.
Proposal and Contract Development:
KUA.net web design team meets to develop proposal based on client needs
and specifications and finalize cost of proposal. Cost for completion of
entire site also developed.
Proposal Presentation to Client:
KUA.net meets for second time with client and presents 1) completed
proposal 2) pricing for completed site and 3) time line for entire
finished site.
Site Development Phase:
Web designer is assigned to the client's project and work goes forward
based on approved contract.
Preliminary Client Review:
Web designer consults with client regarding issues needing decisions and
to document and implement changes requested by client.
Testing, Final Review and Client Acceptance:
Client makes final review of completed site and signs off on site. Site
permanently installed by KUA.net. Monthly billing begins for hosting.
